I had Dental implant surgery and all went smoothly everyone was kind to me and made me feel at ease and I was in no pain and relaxed through the whole procedure I’ve also seen the hygienist who was amazing and made me feel relaxed all really friendly professional and some even made me laugh which helps if you are nervous about dental visits and treatment I have not had my permanent teeth yet but will post a picture of the final results once done. Definitely would recommend to anyone who is thinking about treatment .

I can’t thank Dr. Alicia Patel enough for giving me my dream smile—just in time for my wedding! She did some whitening and edge bonding for me and the results are perfect! Her skill and attention to detail are unmatched, and the results speak for themselves. From the very first consultation, she was incredibly professional, kind, and truly listened to what I hoped to achieve. Not only is she an expert in her field, but she’s also a genuinely lovely person who made every visit comfortable and enjoyable. Her lovely nurse Ruby was also very warm and welcoming. I saw Dr Ammar with Nurse Briony. I’d been told I had to have root canal on three teeth including my two front teeth. It all stems from an injury to the face in my teens where my teeth were damaged. I’m now 52 and despite routinely going to the dentist it had never been picked up before now. I have a fear of the dentist and friends and colleagues warned me that root canal would be horrendous. HOW WRONG THEY WEREBriony was great from the start. No doubt picked up on my nerves and put me at ease straight away. Dr Ammar was excellent. Very thorough and acute attention to detail. I had one tooth completed on the first visit and was very relieved to find I got to the end having had no pain or discomfort whatsoever. I was given some self care advice for the next few days and rebooked straight away for the two front teeth. Knowing what to expect I was much calmer. Both were again excellent. Briony chatted to me at certain junctures explaining what was happening. I had numerous x rays for Dr Ammar to check the progress of the work and was shown the final x rays for myself so I could see what had been done. Again more advice re ongoing self care and pain management. I paid privately and it was not cheap but I would pay it again in a heartbeat in the knowledge that I am in the safe hands of true experts. If I have to have similar work done in the future I will have no hesitation in going back to see Dr Ammar.Appoline itself is a fantastic premises. The staff are friendly and attentive. It deserves 5 stars!

I was referred by my regular dentist due to a failed root canal. With a profound fear of dentists, Dr Ammar and Briony put me at ease and talked through the process. He managed to retain the crown and was very throughout the whole procedure. Highly recommended.

Had my root canal treatment with Dr Ammar and nurse Briony! It was a lovely friendly atmosphere, everything was explained to me! Carried out in a calm professional manner! Was nervous for a root canal but it didn’t hurt at all, the second visit for another root canal was just as comfortable! I felt like I might have even fallen asleep as it was all so relaxed! I was really nervous to return after a previous hygienist appointment left me shaken. The experience was painful and rough; my head was pulled in a way that obstructed the nurse’s suctioning, and I was gagged twice from hitting the back of my throat. I was offered goggles halfway through the appointment, and by the end I was silently crying, tears running down my face. I couldn’t get out of there fast enough, feeling a wave of panic. I left quickly, feeling humiliated and sore, and had visible white marks on my teeth for two weeks. Despite this, she still asked me to leave a review at the end of the appointment, which made me feel even more uncomfortable.Thankfully, I returned recently and saw Hasan Ayub. He was incredibly kind and gentle, took time to explain what he was doing, and even used numbing gel to make me feel more at ease. It was a completely different experience—one that restored my trust. My teeth felt clean but comfortable, and I had no white marks afterwards. Thank you, Hasan, for your care and professionalism.

I joined the Appoline Dental clinic very recently and needed urgent attention. The care I have received has been absolutely perfect in all aspects. The Front of House team is cheerful and helpful and make every effort to be obliging. The hygienist Habiba and her nurse were efficient, charming and made the cleaning of my complicated teeth almost painless! The dentist who had to deal with my very difficult mouth, Foazia and her clinical lead nurse Bethany, tackled the difficult task with humour , kindness and extraordinary efficiency. They made a completely shambolic set of teeth into something that made me want to smile again.I thank all of the team very much indeed.

All staff are always extremely professional polite and friendly. We were booked in with a locum dentist who was just as thorough as our usual one. He explained everything in detail and gave my children tips on how to keep their teeth and gums clean and healthy. After a lump of my tooth fell away I phoned first thing for an appointment. I got one the same day and with Daniel, who I normally see. I had lost a filling and he quickly and painlessly cleared the site and put in a new filling. All done within five hours of my first call and excellent service as always from Daniel. Wow is all I can say!!I was so scared to have an implant but Rishi and his nurse were absolutely brilliant. They talked me through everything and took away all of my fears. He was so gentle and I had no pain and barely felt a thing other than pressure. And it was so quick and the tooth looks absolutely perfect and I can’t even tell which one it is.I would highly recommend Rishi as he has made me able to smile again

Excellent service. The lady on reception heard my two year old fussing and she come in and occupied him so I was more at ease.. I'm a fussy patient and changed my mind several times about the colour of my new smile etc and they made sure I was satisfied 🥺 they are so lovely in there!!! And my dentist well she is just one of a kind. Love the women in there. They really made this so much easier for me, went above and beyond. Highly recommended 👌

I can’t praise the team at Appoline enough. Chloe promptly organised a consultation with Nadeem regarding an implant, he explained what was involved and my options and I felt reassured that I’d be in safe hands. On the day Nadeem and Harriet put me at ease and the treatment went well, they are obviously experienced in what they are doing and I was very relaxed considering what was happening! Everything was explained to me as they did it and after completion of the treatment I was so pleased with the result that I am in the process of having three more implants fitted. A big thank you to the reception team, Chloe the patient coordinator, Harriet the dental nurse and Nadeem the implantologist, anyone thinking of having implants should get in touch with them.

Wow what a amazing experience I have had and my dental implants are in , this would have never been possible without the care from Elegant smile and dental implant centre I got everyone in that centre that I came into contact with was so supportive and caring from the moment I walked through the door .I was petrified of the dentist that’s why I am having to have implants .On my first visit I saw Chloe she was super explained the procedure and gave me confidence to carry on , then two weeks later Dr Rishi saw me explained in more detail , and I had a scan to make sure my bone in my jaw could take implant , success I could have them .Next visit implant to go in , got there real scared again the reassurance I got even to the point I was asked if I wanted to hold a nurses hand , and all through the operation I was being informed of how it was going and what is being done .And after the implants were put in .I got a full explanation of how it all went and what I needed to do to help the implants become successful .And to finish it off I got a loverly bag and inside I got an after care package of items and a letter explaining what I needed to do after I left the centre .Thankyou all at Elegant smilesDr Rishi , Chloe , Harriet ,And a lady that lives in the village I live in that was kind enough to offer me a lift home in her dinner hour that works on reception reward her Rishi as that topped my visit off .And I did not no if after I would be fit to drive .It was all good .Thankyou all staff at Elegant smiles .Very happy more confident to smile .Bring on the next round of treatment .

The dentist we both have Mr Madge Hussain is just one of the great dentists at Appoline/ Elegnant smiles in Grantham. This practice has changed so much since the days of Mr Smith being in charge. A lot here are private patients, but we are fortunate enough to be on the NHS. I am always nervous going to the dentist, so it isn’t usually a nice experience for me. However since the dentist has increased staff, and excellent dentists, I feel my fear going slowly which is both pleasant and satisfying. My husband and I see Madge the dentist, he is so calm, pleasantly spoken, very professional and tells both of us what is happening, stage by stage. Today I said before my husband left I would like to say thank you, and that I would write another review. These dentists work really hard. Madge is the only dentist I have felt relaxed with. He understands patients fear. So from both of us a huge thank you Madge. Not only the dentists but the rest of the team, I don’t know many names unfortunately. However Claire is a super addition and works hard, the other lady although I do not know her name, but all I’ll say is, she loves her mug of tea in a huge mug😆 always makes us laugh. So to everyone thank you for a great experience and the dental nurse who liked my boots🙂 100% recommend. Appoline/ Elegant Smiles have it now spot on, congratulations to a fabulous team.

I've just completed my tooth implant. It's been a long process over several months and I'm not always the easiest customer to deal with at times. However, Rishi and dental assistant Harriet have been patient, kind and professional throughout the process. Harriet is very alert and customer focused in her approach and I feel there is a lot to be learned from this. As to be expected, the reception staff are usually very busy but staff are welcoming and friendly and people are always appreciative of this and happy to wait their turn. I think with the influx of more private dental care patients, this practice appears to be managing its processes well and demonstrates a high level of customer service. No doubt I will be visiting again soon. Many Thanks.

I was in need of help for my 14 year old daughter, she had a big abscess under her front teeth, our normal dentist said that they couldn’t do it because of complications, we contacted Ammar, he got us in within a couple of weeks, been quoted a couple of months everywhere else. I and my family have attended this practice for nineteen years and I have never had any problems on the dental side with Dr Daniel Grzybowski working on me. Daniel is very good at putting his patients at ease and explains what and why certain procedures are necessary. Lately I have been dealing with the implementation team led by the very proficient Dr Adeel Ali who is evidently good at designing the correct implants for the smile you want. He is assisted by Harriet Hill an impressive and efficient dental nurse who seems to have a bright future ahead of her and a nice smile. Maybe my family and I have been lucky with the team and staff that have cared for us over the years, or maybe it's just a very good practice. Come and visit and walk away with the smile you want.

Was referred here to see Dr Al Hourani for a root canal. From being called by the reception to book my appointment, through to the procedure, everything was so smooth and all the staff very friendly. The Dentist and Nurse worked brilliantly together and I felt very at ease. I would recommend not being put off to pay for private treatment- the level of care and attention is amazing and I felt in safe hands. Will be recommending to anyone who needs a RCT in the future. I was very impressed indeed with the service I received at this dentist. I had a 2 hr appointment for a root canal treatment, and I was dreadfully nervous, as I had previous experiences at other dentist that were grim. It’s no exaggeration to say that other than having to keep my mouth open that long, I felt no discomfort or pain. The whole procedure seemed incredibly well considered, patient and gentle. The dental nurse and dentist worked seamlessly together and took care at every stage. I was kept informed and updated and felt like I was getting the gold standard treatment. The admin and reception team were great, organised and polite with first class customer service supported by good systems for generating reminders and emails etc. They made the whole process smooth and slick. As I had to go private, it was expensive, but I felt it was worth every penny. And… no more toothache!!!

I had to visit today for an emergency issue and was absolutely bricking it I'm not gonna lie....I rang every dentist in town and this was the only one who would give me the time of day and I'm so glad they did. I was made to feel welcome, put at ease and comfortable by the receptionists both during my initial phone call and whilst in the practice. The dentist himself (Daniel) was brilliant - he could see I was nervous and kept checking I was alright, was kind and caring. Im now actually looking forward to returning and completing my dental treatment here....thank you :)
