From there we take a 3D iTero digital scan and photos, then show you on screen what Invisalign would do for your teeth.

Your consultation is with Dr George, who will talk through what is realistic for your teeth and what it would involve. Nothing is decided on the day: you take the written plan away, and if Invisalign is not right for you, he will say so.

What Invisalign Can Do For Your Smile
Invisalign treats crowding, gaps and misaligned teeth, and most cases at this practice finish in around twelve months.
How does Invisalign work?
You wear a series of clear aligners made from Invisalign's SmartTrack material, each one moving your teeth a small amount. They are trimmed to your gum line for comfort and carry blue compliance dots that fade to help you track your wear. You change to a new set roughly every two weeks and wear them about 22 hours a day, taking them out to eat, drink and clean your teeth.
How long does treatment take?
Most cases here finish in around twelve months, though it depends on how much your teeth need to move. Your dentist gives you a timeframe at the consultation, before you commit to anything.
Can I eat and drink normally?
Yes. You take the aligners out to eat, drink and clean your teeth, so nothing is off the menu. The rest of the time you wear them, around 22 hours a day.
What happens once my teeth are straight?
