At-home whitening – what do I need to know?

At-home teeth whitening involves wearing bespoke whitening trays that can be likened to a retainer. These are transparent and created to be a perfect size and shape match for your teeth.

Once your trays have been manufactured, we will provide you with a whitening gel containing safe levels of either hydrogen peroxide or carbamide peroxide. These gels are responsible for breaking down the superficial stains that have formed on your tooth enamel. Once these stains have been diluted by the gels, your teeth will appear whiter in shade.

Enlighten® teeth whitening – tell me more

Enlighten® teeth whitening is the premium whitening treatment we offer here at Appoline. It’s the only system that guarantees a shade B1, unclear whether the whitest shade teeth can go without the use of veneers or crowns. You can expect the results to manifest within 2 – 4 weeks of using your whitening trays at home. You will need to wear your whitening trays every night for 4 – 6 hours.

We may perform a 40-minute in-surgery whitening treatment to enhance the results of your treatment.

Boutique teeth whitening – tell me more

Boutique whitening works in the same way as Enlighten®, using at-home whitening trays to restore radiance to your teeth. Boutique does not offer the same B1 shade guarantee as Enlighten®, but the brand is still revered for being at the top in teeth whitening innovation. If you are looking for a slightly more cost-effective teeth whitening treatment, Boutique may be favourable to Enlighten®.
